GREAT WORKOUT !!!! June 21, 2010 N. Lantican I've been using this for a week. Even with just 15-20 minutes using this fitness "game", you'll be sweating and having a great workout. Though I am playing this with the Wiimote and the nunchuck, I am still enjoying it. I am beginning to feel my arms and chest tone up. This is best played with 2 Wiimotes, as the nunchuck wire gets in the way of the movements. Better still if you have a Wii balance board as you can do ALL the exercises.
Fantastic June 5, 2010 A. Wetton After using this dvd for the past three weeks most friends and family have noticed a difference in my body posture and weight loss. I would recommend this dvd to all fitness enthusiastic's. Great fun work-out.
I love this game May 20, 2010 B. White (uk) If like me you enjoyed the boxing on the wii fit but quickly got fed up completing the same rountine , you will love this game, I have been playing this game for 4 weeks and i'm still learning new footwork techniques and boxing rountines and there is boxing exams to complete which is a great motivater. This is my best wii exercise game.

Worked for me May 13, 2010 Tony K (Bath UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Post Christmas commitment to losing weight and getting fit saw me briefly try wii fit plus. I soon got bored so I tried this program.
I've really liked it, reasonably quick pace , building up as you go through. Though the routines are similar they all vary. I'm on number 52 now and commit to 4 times x 30 minutes a week.
Combining this with a better diet and walking a bit more has seen me drop over 2 stone since 1 Feb. I feel great and still enjoy using the program. One tip buy a step elevator and some weights they really help push you.
This is the first time I have written a review.
My Fitness Coach.. Replacing a gym?? Very possible! April 2, 2010 S. Young (Durham England) Having sustained an ankle injury and being unable to walk without crutches or sticks, I have put weight on due to inactivity, I thought I would try this game to try & help me from ballooning too much!! Have used it a number of times & feel it 'could' prove to be beneficial. I have done a number of the exercises (8 min warm up & 15 min workouts) all whilst sat on sofa & I still have sweated, arms & back have ached thereafter. Once I am able to stand up properly, I do feel that this game will give you an all over workout. The background workout music can be selected & alot are very high tempo & makes you want to keep to the beat. If you have considered boxercise or similar... I would seriously recommend you try this, as I feel it would compete with that of an instructor at your local gym or sports centre. My only negative is the ducking... sometimes doesn't register properly.. even when I have stood. So marked down for that. However, give it a go! Recommended
